Functional Safety PRO Community Facilitator

I started my career in Programmable Logic Controller (PLC) product management, working for companies such as Telemecanique (later, Schneider), Moore Products and Siemens.


In the late 1990's I took an interest in Safety PLCs with the launch of IEC 61508, and later, IEC 61511. Since 2003, I've provided project consulting and coaching in applications across multiple industry sectors and in many different project settings.


I have been fortunate to have had some amazing technical and business mentors along the way. With some trusted partners I now hope to pass my experience on to the next generation of engineers and consulting entrepreneurs.
